You’ll at least have:

• And the GI Bill to pay for your education later.

Let me tell you what most people and young adults actually want at your age- even if they don’t say it out loud:

• A reason to get up every day

• Confidence in who they are

And here’s the reality:

You won’t find that in Netflix binges. You won’t find that in another semester of random classes. You won’t find that swiping through TikTok until 3 a.m.

It won’t be easy. But that’s the point.

Comfort doesn’t build confidence. Discipline does.

“But I just want my kid to be safe… I just want them to figure things out.”
